Zorica – Lola Jelić stekla je diplome osnovnih i master studija na Univerzitetu u Kaliforniji (Fulerton, SAD). Doktorirala je na Filološkom fakultetu u Beogradu. Zorica – Lola Jelić predavala je na predmetima Preparation for College Writing, Freshman Composition i Critical Thinking u centru za više obrazovanje Mt. San Antonio College (Volnat, Kalifornija), na predmetu Introduction to American Literature na obrazovnoj instituciji Everest College (Santa Ana, Kalifornija) i na predmetu College Writing na koledžu Southwestern (Vinfild, Kanzas). Od 2018. do 2020. predavala je AS Level i A Level English u International Schoolu u Beogradu, a od 2018. godine predaje engleski jezik na Fakultetu savremenih umetnosti u Beogradu. Zorica – Lola Jelić je član sledećih udruženja: Shakespeare Association of America, British Shakespeare Association, European Shakespeare Research Association, The International Shakespeare Association, i organizacija Phi Theta Kappa i Sigma Tau Delta. Zorica – Lola Jelić je autor udžbenika English Language I and II (2023).
