Milan Popović received a diploma in journalism from the Faculty of Political Sciences.

From late 2015 to 2018, he worked on RTS Entertainment Program’s show (writer and coordinator of RTS’s top-rated New Year’s shows 2015/16, 2016/17, Eurovision candidate presentation 2016, writer and editor of the “60 Most Beautiful Folk Songs” show).

He is the author of the documentary series “The Guest” as a part of the “Current Events” of RTS’s Information Program. He specializes on documentary forms.

For five years, he worked on research and documentary series The Last House, Serbia, about Serbia’s demographic downfall, traveling over 200,000 kilometers. In previous years, worked on exclusive series and delicate subjects for RTS’s Dossier Prison and Dossier Sports Fans, Serbian Alcatraz, etc.

Before RTS, he was a journalist at Vreme, Beograd 202, Deutsche Welle, NIN, Politika, Status, ANEM, etc.

He completed his studies and earned a master’s degree at the Faculty of Political Sciences.

As a young journalist, he completed courses in editing, investigative journalism, two schools of television journalism organized by the Media Center (television journalism according to BBC program, BBC’s producers from London), etc.

He has been active in the training of young people since 2007.

He was in charge of the program of the First Media Academy, after mentoring in the Electronic Media Workshop. Lecturers in two cycles included Belgrade media’s preeminent editors. About 90 young people went on to work at Blic, Politika, RTS, Prva, Pink, B92, etc. His students include today’s journalists of KRIK, CINS, VICE, etc.

He conveys practical knowledge for contemporary media.
