Another Creative weekend was organised at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts. On 14 -15 May the Faculty of Contemporary Arts welcomed a large number of high school students from all over Serbia. Through 9 workshops, carried out by different presenters, the students learnt about the arts study programmes and various ways how to develop their talents.
During these two days all the students who love art had the opportunity to learn a lot of useful things and get a walk through the whole process of creating a work of art. The Creative Art Workshops at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts comprised the workshops of graphic design, acting, interior design, painting, modern design, multimedia, music communication, contemporary journalism and game art.
Certificates for all the student-participants
Here are the activities that students could try out in different workshops: in the graphic design one, the students dealt with recycling; in the one of interior design, the basics on how to arrange interior space were learnt; prospective actors learnt about how to create a characters and their traits, but also could find out about the voice and its importance on the stage; fashion designers created accessories for the head; in the painting workshop, a public open painting and drawing lesson was held; the music workshop was dedicated to a music performance; the ways of disclosing “fake news” were presented in the contemporary journalism workshop; the multimedia one was focused on brand creation. The game art workshop attracted a lot of interest and there high school students tried to create game characters and build video game space.
Students made some new friends and also took with them a lot of beautiful memories. This year, besides those from Belgrade, a number of participants from all over Serbia took part in the workshops, making this event even more relevant. All the participants got the certificate of attendance.
