AI FilmFest Serbia, the first festival in Serbia dedicated to films created using artificial intelligence, has attracted significant attention from filmmakers worldwide. So far, 80 submissions have been received, exploring new forms of visual art by merging creativity with cutting-edge AI technology. The festival presents animated films, experimental projects, and narrative short films that showcase the power of AI in film production.

Featured Works to Be Presented at the Festival:

„The Tiger and the Koi“ (USA) – A poetic short film that reinterprets Japanese mythology through AI-generated visuals and narration by a mature British AI voice.
„Kimchi Warrior 2060“ (USA) – A futuristic AI-animated series that transforms the original Kimchi Warrior concept into a dark dystopian story.
„Ghosts of Humanity“ (Latvia) – A sci-fi drama exploring the impact of human activity on the ecosystem through visually striking depictions of abandoned cities.
„Numbers“ (France) – An experimental film analyzing how the human brain perceives statistics and empathy during times of crisis.
„Finding Footprints“ (USA) – An animated film about the friendship between a young hearing-impaired girl and Bigfoot, balancing between legends and environmental themes.
„Zizhi Tongjian“ Series (China) – An AI reconstruction of historical events from the Three Kingdoms period and ancient Chinese warfare.
„Once Upon a Time in X“ (Germany) – A documentary experiment that brings an abandoned German hospital from World War II back to life through AI technology.
„Life After Death“ (Serbia) – A film inspired by the eternal questions about the existence of life after death.

In addition to the competition section, the festival will feature special screenings, panels, and workshops discussing the role of artificial intelligence in filmmaking and art.
