Another great competition has been announced that allows you to show all your creativity and be rewarded for it. The Delegation of the European Union in Serbia, magazines “National Geographic Serbia” and “Politikin Zabavnik”, and Erasmus Student Network Serbia have announced the competition “Being young in Serbia” for the best photo taken in our country.
The deadline for sending the photos is November 5, and the photos should be sent to the email address takmicenje@euinfo.rs
What does the life of young people in Serbia look like?
The theme of the competition “Being young in Serbia” is documenting how young people live in Serbia, what are their goals, hopes, and activities, how they spend time, how they get educated and travel, what is reflected in their volunteer work and youth activism, etc. In this way, we want to mark the current European Year of Youth.
The first prize-winning photo will be published in the Serbian edition of the National Geographic magazine, as well as in the magazine “Politikin Zabavnik”. The exhibition of the 20 best photos will be held at the end of 2022.
Take part in the competition and win valuable prizes
The jury will choose the three best photos and reward their authors with vouchers for the purchase of photography and electronic equipment:
- first prize – 1.000 euros;
- second prize – 500 euros;
- third prize – 300 euros.
They will also award the “Special jury award for the best photo of the EU project in Serbia”.
In addition to that, the jury will choose the 19 best photos (including the three prize winners), as well as one best photo submitted by authors from EU projects, which will be published on the website and social media accounts of the EU Delegation in Serbia.
