The Faculty of Contemporary Arts has a lot to be proud of! Drama students in the class of Miloš Đorđević and Tadija Miletić excelled at the International Theater Festival – INTEF. Their play “Ribarske svađe” won two awards – the award for the best play, according to the decision of the first jury that consisted of the participants themselves, and the award for the best supporting role, according to the decision of both juries (the jury of experts and the jury consisting of the participants), which went to the young actor Uroš Končar.
After last year’s success at the festival in Obrenovac, when it also won two awards (for the best play and the best supporting role), the play “Ribarske svađe” captivated the audience and the jury at Mišar near Šabac.
The awards at INTEF were given by the director Nina Stokić at the final evening of the festival. This is the third year in a row that this festival has been held under the auspices of the City of Šabac and the Ministry of Culture and Information. This makes the success of the actors and professors from the FCA even greater, because the competition was fierce this year as well.
The entrance exam for the new class will be held on September 1 and 2!
Practice before theory and performing even while studying are only a part of what studying at the Faculty of Contemporary Arts offers to drama students. If you also want to be a part of the next generation, this extremely successful class, which has been achieving success at various festivals for years and performing on stages throughout our country, now is the right time to use this opportunity.
Professors Miloš Đorđević and Tadija Miletić are taking care of the next generation of young actors, and there are very few vacancies left. The entrance exam is scheduled for September 1 and 2 and it will be held in the premises of the FCA. Apply as soon as possible and secure your place in the class of the most successful students.
