The Faculty of Contemporary Arts has earned even more accolades this year. Our faculty received the prestigious Promenade prize for academic contribution at the recent IFP international theater festival in Vrnjačka Banja.

In accordance with the current epidemiological situation, this year’s edition of the festival took place online from December 14 through 18.

Three well-deserved Promenades

Three Promenades were awarded at the second edition of IFP in Vrnjačka Banja. The actor Srđan Timarov received the prize for his special contribution to dramatic arts, FCA was awarded for their academic contribution, while the municipality of Vrnjačka Banja got the prize for supporting local culture and arts.

In the closing ceremony of the five-day festival, which took place on December 18, the hosts presented the results of the topically-named survey Culture Against Corona regarding the current state and challenges of culture during the pandemic.

The audience enjoyed excellent theater-related content in a somewhat different setting.
