Business meetings constitute an especially important aspect of the general business life. Poor management of meetings can have deleterious effects on the general business results and can negatively accept time management and the level of organization, interpersonal relations and, finally, the making of business decisions.
This course describes the process of planning and preparing meetings, managing the very process during the meeting itself, and, finally, its closing and evaluation. It explains techniques for generating ideas and finding creative solutions. It also explains the decision making process on models that can be used for those purposes and lists problem-solving techniques.
Throughout the course, you will encounter examples that will help you get even more familiar with this subject and its application. A part of the course is dedicated to virtual meetings and their characteristics.
The objective is to explain the process of planning, preparation, conducting and evaluation of meetings (including virtual meetings). You will also get acquainted with the methods for generating ideas and developing creative thinking.
You will also have an opportunity to learn how to implement different techniques for generating ideas, such as: six hats, brainstorming and brainwriting. You will also learn how to implement problem-solving methods, the most important among which are mind maps and 5 whys.
