Has over 30 years of teaching experience in higher education at various institutions (Military Academy, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, ITS) in the fields of electrical engineering, reliability, technical systems, information technologies, radar devices, and other areas in Serbia and abroad.

He earned his Master’s degree in 1985 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Sarajevo with a thesis on the reliability of aircraft electronic systems. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1995 in military technical sciences, electrical engineering, at the Military Technical Academy in Belgrade with a focus on infrared radiation applications.

He has been appointed to all academic ranks from assistant to full professor, and also holds the title of professor of applied studies. He served as the head of the department for 15 years and also led the teaching and research board. He has authored numerous teaching materials (textbooks, exercise collections, practical manuals, scripts) and over 100 scientific and professional papers, including several in international journals, and has been cited in many foreign works. He is also the author of more than 60 popular-science articles in journals such as Vojska and AEROmagazin. He has mentored four doctoral theses and has led or participated in several scientific research projects in various technical fields, particularly in the areas of technical systems reliability and infrared radiation applications.

He is a member of the program committees of domestic journals and national and international scientific conferences, a reviewer for domestic journals and international conferences, and has served on or chaired councils of several educational institutions. He has been repeatedly awarded and recognized for his work, contributions to the development of educational institutions, and results in teaching and research.
