After fifteen years of musical education at the Stanković Music School, Tadija Miletić acquired a diploma in dramaturgy in the class of professor Siniša Kovačević. He also acquired a master’s degree in directing in the class of Nikita Milivojević at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Since 2007, Tadija has worked at the Madlenianum Opera and Theater. In December of 2011, with a dozen and a half other successful young artists, Tadija founded an organization called Cultural Element, at which he has been active in projects from the fields of culture and charity. By now, Tadija has independently directed thirteen productions, worked as an assistant director in twelve productions and as a dramaturge in numerous projects. During his first several years at Madlenianum, Tadija had a series of singing roles in operas and musicals. He has experience in a wide array of artistic jobs: sound design, video and audio direction and other types of creative work.

He was a member of the jury at several literary events and theater festivals. He is a member of the presidency of The Mensa Serbia, and from 2014, editor-in-chief of the MozaIQ magazine published by Mensa. From 2015, works as an editor-in chief for the Festival of Monodrama and Mime, and in 2017 becomes the editor-in-chief of the New Fortress Theater. He produced a TV show called Normal Tariff, which premiered on Prva TV. He actively holds opera and literature-related lectures and seminars across the country. Has been professionally trained in Monaco, Monte Carlo Opera House.
